High performing individuals must be part of a high performing team and as such a stimulating and developmental mindset within groups and teams  must also be created where Individuals within the team should challenge, encourage and motivate each other on this journey of continuous development, improvement and CHANGE as facilitated through the P4mance @titude programme. Different Team building activities can be incorporated into strategic sessions with the main aim of emphasising the strategic intent and outcomes of the organisation.  Otherwise just plain “fun and more activities” activities can also  be incorporated into team building sessions.
